Where Gymnastic Agility Meets Early Literacy
We're blending early gymnastics and literacy skills to create a holistic learning experience for your child. While they're mastering balance and coordination, they're also learning new words and concepts, connecting movement with language in a fun and engaging way. This approach helps children develop their bodies and minds simultaneously, making learning a dynamic and integrated experience.
Through gymnastics, children are not just learning to move; they're also sharpening their minds. As they practice balance and coordination, like walking on a beam, they're also learning to focus and recognize patterns. This movement helps them break down words into sounds or syllables, making it easier for them to grasp early reading skills. So, through engaging in physical play, your child is not only getting stronger but also building the foundation for literacy.
Gymnastics for Literacy is sponsored and funded by ScholarSkills for STARS, a federally recognized 501C3 nonprofit organization that provides exceptional early literacy instruction to economically challenged students. All donations are used to fulfill the nonprofit's mission to support early childhood education in economically challenged communities.
